SUNDAYS: Monthly Sittings

Location: AVA Gallery and Art Center, 11 Bank St, Lebanon, NH 03766

Usually the second Sunday of every month

9:45 a.m - 12 noon

All are welcome to join us for our regularly scheduled Sunday sittings that take place monthly.

The time together consists of taking the Refuges and Precepts, sitting and walking meditation, and a talk on Dhamma by Doreen.

Please plan to bring whatever sitting supports you may need. There are plenty of chairs at the Gallery if you need one.
